Obituary

Hazel May Willaredt was born April 15, 1924 at Alexandria to David and Tillie (Schutte) Pommer.
She graduated from Farmer High School and then attended Nettleton Business College.  She was employed by Farmers Mutual Insurance for numerous years.  On February 24, 1946 she married Marvin Willaredt.  They farmed near Bridgewater until their retirement.  She was a member of St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church where she was involved with the Ladies’ Aid, she was a Sunday School and Bible School Teacher and served as an elder for numerous years.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin, her son, Rodney of Shreveport, LA; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Glenda Tam.

My sympathies to you Marvin and entire family on the death of Hazel. She loved her family, and she especially loved catering to "her boys." Hazel lived a long life filled with love for her sweet Jesus, and an unending love for her best friend, Marvin. She will be missed greatly.
