Anastasia Mary Feterl was born May 17, 1918 at Bridgewater, SD to Leo and Mary (Jennings) Weber. She graduated from Bridgewater High School and attended Notre Dame Junior College earning a Teaching Degree. For several years she taught school in McCook County.  On June 18, 1946 she married Lawrence Feterl.  She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, the Altar Society, Women’s Catholic Order of Foresters, the American Legion Auxiliary and the D.A.V. Auxiliary.

She is survived by two daughters: Patricia Erpenbach and Carol Berg, Sioux Falls; two sisters: Dolores Huls, Salem; Mary Schultz, Colman; one brother, Jim Weber, Natick, MA; five granddaughters, three great-granddaughters and one great-grandson. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence, a son, Larry, one sister, Thresilla and four brothers: Charles, Joe, Donald and Vernon.

 

Memorials are preferred and may be directed

to the Holy Family Restoration Fund.

Our prayers are with you during this sad time. God called our Mothers to be with Him at the same time. They were both loving proud grandmothers of our "special children". God is embracing them in heaven. I will miss seeing you in Mitchell at Holy Family.

So sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom, Carol and Patricia. She was a lovely woman who always had a kind word to say and a smile on her face.

CAROL AND PAT SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR LOSS. YOUR MOM WAS A VERY FUNNY LADY IN THE SHORT TIME I KNEW HER. SHE KEPT ME VERY ENTERTAINED WHILE I CLEANED HER ROOM AT THE HOSPITAL. YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES ARE IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS AND THIS DIFFICULT TIME,
