My brother, Pete, and I were raised by Mavis and Jake. I wanted to send my condolences to the entire family. I have fond memories of "Uncle Pete." He was always very kind and made us kids laugh. I am praying for you during this difficult time.

God gives us many gifts. One of these gifts is the time and love we all have together on this earth. The other is the gift of each other that God lets us share, but briefly on this earth. Pictures are captured by camera or memory but all captivate moments in time. The bonds are forever treasured thru the love and memories. My heart is with you all during this difficult time.

Great family man, honest and hardworking is how we will remember Pete. He will be greatly missed by the coffee bunch but we are sure he is having coffee with Ron right now. These are hard times for your family but take comfort in knowing that GOD has Pete and he is resting now from all of his labors. May GOD Bless your family and comfort you in this time of sorrow.

Pete lived with my parents ( Les and Myrtle Dede) in Sioux Falls after he got out of the service and I always thought of him as my Big Brother. He will really be missed.
