Alan Lee Hantke was born December 25, 1977 in Mitchell to Roger and Irene (Sulzbacher) Hantke. He grew up and attended schools and Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell. In 1995 he married Lori Plastow. He was employed as a truck driver living in Sioux Falls until 2007, then Bismarck, ND and most recently Fargo. In 2002 he married Sarah Parsons in Sioux Falls. He is survived by two children: Mike and Anna Hantke, Bismarck, ND; his father, Roger, Mitchell; brothers: Don (Janie) McDougal, Mitchell; Fred (Tonya) Hantke, Hartford; sister, Glenda (Matt) East, Lennox; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene in March 2002.
