Velma Elizabeth Schuldt was born October 31, 1916, at Fulton, SD, to Arley and Pauline (Hubert) Graves. She grew up and attended school at Fulton and graduated from Fulton High School. On March 17, 1941, she married Herbert Schuldt at Luverne, MN. She lived in Emery than moved to Fulton where she lived for over fifty years. She had been a resident of Madison since 1996. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Corn Palace Rock Club, the Doll Club of Wichita, KS, Friendship Club and the Fulton Senior Citizens.
She is survived by four brothers: Richard (Ida Mae) Graves, Oklahoma City, OK, Edwin Clifford (Gerre) Graves, Arizona City, AZ, Chester (Shirley) Graves, Knoxville, IA, Orville (Maralyn) Graves, Oskaloosa, IA; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert in 1995, and infant son, Mark Paul, one brother, Charles Graves and one sister, Arlene Bentz.
