Charlie & family,

I wanted to write and send my deepest sympathy. I remember my time spent at DWU for all four years of college and the visits with you and Evelyn with my Grandparents Gale & Bernice Schroder. Gran always told me about her dearest friend Evelyn and the both of you were always so wonderful to me. I'm sorry for your loss and keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Our sister Evelyn was one of the nicest people we ever knew. We had a lot of good times together.Celebrating your 25th anniversary and then our 25th anniversary and the fun we had with Gladys & Roland and Max & Hazel. Then there was the trip to Virginia in the motorhome with Gladys & Roland to see brother Wayne & Louise. I will always cherish the many cookbooks Evelyn gave me and we will always remember the many wonderful dinners we had at your house and all the good pies and birthday cakes she made. Then we celebrated your 50th anniversary and then our 50th anniversary. God has blessed us with a lot of wonderful memories. We will all miss her. Love ya much--Reta and Dewey
