I am so sorry that I won't be able to be there. My love to you all! I have wonderful memories of my Grandma letting me wear her high heels and play office in the family room as a little girl. Grandma also (being the only lefty in my house) taught how to crochet left handed. She taught me never to hate anyone, no matter how they treated me. I know you are an Angel now, and I will miss you.

I am so sorry that I won't be able to honor you, Maxine, with my presence at your funeral. I will be en route to TX for a visit to GIAL where I spent so many happy years as part of Wycliffe Bible Translators. I have wonderful memories of your kindness to me as a teenager and then of those special notes and gifts toward my ministry through the years. You are a wonderful lady, an inspiring mentor and I will remember you with great love and appreciation. Enjoy heaven. I'm coming!
