Obituary

Eldora Mary Weber was born September 5, 1934 in Parkston to Arthur and Helen (Sandhoff) Hohn.  On November 9, 1954 she married Ivan Joseph Weber at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Together they farmed in the Dimock area. Eldora enjoyed being a wonderful homemaker, she loved to cook.  She enjoyed playing the accordion for her grandchildren, while they sang along, at all the holiday gatherings.  She cherished the weekends spent with her grandchildren fishing or just simply being together.  Eldora was a lifetime member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Altar Society, taught religion classes and prepared young children for the Sacrament of First Communion and Confession for many years.

She is survived by her two sons: Steve (Linda) Weber, Ethan and Pat A. (Elizabeth) Weber, Dimock; three daughters: Bernita (Robert) Schmidt, Tripp, Donna (Dean) Schaefers, Parkston and Janet (Bryan) Thuringer, Mitchell; nine brothers and sisters: Delores (Engelbert) Puetz, Eldon (Tina) Hohn, Arnold Hohn, Arlene Weiss, Roland (Mary) Hohn, Jim (Glenda) Hohn, Teresa (Ivan) Miller, Claudette (Patrick) McDonald and Gary (Coleen) Hohn; eleven grandchildren: Gina Hieb, Stacy Swier, Michael Schmidt, Sarah Neugebauer, Nick Weber, Christina Watson, Dan Schaefers, Justin Thuringer, Travis Thuringer, Tanner Weber, Nicole Weber and seventeen great-grandchildren.
