Roger Allen Harrington


September 25, 1944 - October 14, 2015


Roger Allen Harrington was born September 25, 1944 in Huron, SD to Wesley and Margaret (Holmes) Harrington. He grew up attending Broadland Grade School and graduated from Huron High School.  He served in the US Army.  He was employed as a salesman for Lawson Products Inc. and J.D. Evans Equipment.  In recent years he was a truck driver for Hohn Trucking in Mitchell.

He is survived by his wife, Alice; son, Chad (Sara) Harrington of Sioux Falls; two grandchildren: Nicholas and Madelyn Harrington; his mother, Margaret Harrington of Camp Verde, AZ; two sisters: Deanna (Gerald) Grant of Rockford IL and Kathryn Feltz of Pomona Park, FL; four brothers: Gordon Harrington of Camp Verde, AZ, Steve Harrington of Weott, CA, Wesley (Linda) Harrington Jr. of Cherry Valley, IL and Todd Harrington of Camp Verde, AZ and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wesley Sr., niece, Monica Feltz and brother-in-law, Harold Feltz.
