Obituary

 

Lyddie Martha Weber was born December 16, 1925 near Loyalton, SD to Joseph and Mary (Stulc) Kadlec. She graduated from Loyalton High School and received her Teachers Certificate from Northern State College.  On September 22, 1948 she married Leander Weber. She taught in rural schools in the Ipswich area and worked at Lux Candle Factory in Ipswich. In 1994 she moved to Mitchell. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Ipswich and Holy Family Catholic Church in Mitchell.

She is survived by one daughter, Joyce (Paul) Paulson, Mitchell; two grandchildren: Tricia (John) Cairns, Lockport; NY, Matthew (Karine) Paulson, Sioux Falls; one great grandchild, Micah Paulson, brother, Francis (Carol) Kadlec, Ipswich, sister, Genevieve Nash, Mansfield; one sister-in-law, Joyce Kadlec and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leander in 1994 and three brothers: Louis, Lawrence, Benjamin and brother-in-law, Keith Nash.

Joyce, so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I have good memories of us at your house in Ipswich, trying to figure out math, and your mom right there knowing it all. She was a bright lady!!! Thinking of you. God bless, fran
