Obituary

Kenneth Wayne Miller was born February 14, 1950 in Waukesha, Wisconsin.  He was loved by his parents, Herman and Amelia (Holmstrom) Miller, one brother (Albert) and two sisters (Janice and Arlene).  He grew up and received his education in Rice Lake, WI.  He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  Ken worked for PUSH, Inc., out of Rice Lake, WI, installing fiber optic cable throughout the Midwest.

Ken was united in marriage to Beverly (Edwards) Bruinsma on July 15, 2005.  The couple made their home in White Lake, SD.

Ken was passionate about his garden, often sharing it's produce with family and friends.  He enjoyed spending time outdoors, and spent many hours hunting and camping.  Ken also loved spending time with his grandchildren.  The Green Bay Packers held a special place in his heart.

Grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Beverly Miller, White Lake, SD; his children and grandchildren, Gary Miller, and daughters Mariah and Izzy, Wisconsin; Kendra (the late Chad) Hansen, and daughters Taylor, Courtney, and Jordyn, Wisconsin; Corey Miller and daughter Brianna, Wisconsin; his stepchildren, Melissa (Tyler) Roerig, and daughters Aryn and Lauren, and Travis (Jenny) Bruinsma, all of Sioux Falls.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Farmers and Merchants State Bank in White Lake, SD, in honor of Ken.

Bev -- sorry for the loss of Ken. He was a good man and will miss the talks and stories he told. I'm only a call away if you need anything.
