Robert Joseph Weber was born February 11, 1951 in Mitchell, SD to Joe B. and Anna (Dorweiler) Weber.  He grew up on the family farm and graduated from the St. Martin Parochial School in Emery.  He farmed with his dad and brothers until going to work at the Spencer Quarries in 1970 and was working there at the time of his death.  On June 24, 1972 he married Ruth Schulz at Alexandria.  Bob was an avid hunter, fisherman and loved the outdoors.  He was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church, the Catholic Order of Foresters and the Moose Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth; two sisters: Irma J. Bordewick and Pauline Weber of Sioux Falls, SD; seven brothers: Delbert (Georgie) of Fulton, SD, Jack (Nancy) of Apache Junction, AZ, Don (Maureen) of Alexandria, SD, Vernon (Germaine) of Alexandria, SD, Larry (Nancy) of Alexandria, SD, Clarence (Marti) of Rockford, IL and Walter (Debra) of Alexandria, SD; his mother-in-law, Helen Schulz of Fulton, SD; brother-in-law, Ronald Schulz of Mitchell, SD; sister-in-law, Carolyn Klinkhammer of Mitchell, SD and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Ray, one sister, Jo Williams, one brother-in-law, Donald Williams and father-in-law, Herbert Schulz.
