Grandma Dorothy was an amazing lady. My prayers go out to The family. I was just reminiscing about the farm house and then the little house in town.

I am so sorry for Dorothy's family's loss. I met Dorothy after she moved to Wesley Acres. She told me that her grandson was Leif Evers and knew that Leif & my son were friends. We spoke every time I saw her, after that. So delightful, she was.

So sorry to hear about Dorothy. She was one of my Mom's best friends. Especially these past few years. She was a great Artesian neighbor. Beverly(Mom) often mentioned her in our conversations. She will be missed.

Dorothy was so alert and active for her age and so willing to help whenever the opportunity presented itself. I remember her mostly from the senior meals. She truly was a great person and will be remembered by the many whose lives she touched.

I knew Dorothy when I was a child growing up ang going to school with Lois and Don. After returning to South Dakota and enjoyed many fascinating conversations with her, especially about local history. Dorothy could converse on any topic and I suspect she will soon have many dear friends in Heaven. My condolences Don and Lois. I will miss her too.

I met sweet Dorothy when she became part of the Sanborn Central Horizon's group 10 years ago. She was always very kind and interested in helping out her community the entire 4 years I worked with her. She even took this Southerner to see her baby buffalo. I'm very saddened to hear of her passing.
